Another remarkable event was the launching of the “SEAFDEC Gender Strategy” that serve as an overarching framework to facilitate SEAFDEC’s efforts toward integrating gender in its programs, projects, and activities. The SEAFDEC Gender Strategy is also intended to support the integration of gender perspectives in fisheries and aquaculture of the SEAFDEC Member Countries.
