Abstract
The study was conducted to determine the level of heavy metals such as cadmium, lead and total mercury in fish and fish products in Thailand. The following are the fish products that were evaluated in the study, frozen cuttlefish, frozen baby octopus, frozen squid, canned skipjack, canned albacore, canned yellowfin, frozen vannamei shrimp, frozen Nile tilapia, canned sardinella, frozen baby clam, frozen green mussel, frozen salmon, frozen ribbon fish, and frozen imitation crabmeat.
