Regional survey of chloramphenicol, nitrofuran, malachite green and leuco-malachite green in fish and fish products: Vietnam

Abstract

The survey was conducted to determine the levels of nitrofuran, malachite green, and chloramphenicol to important shellfishes in Vietnam. The shellfishes that were analysed in the study were the following, Portunus pelagicus, Penaeus monodon, Sepia spp., and Octopus spp.
