The project integrated community resources management in Sihanoukville (ICRM-SV) commenced its operation in November 2005 and its operation would be terminated in December 2009. The evaluation is intended, as the project draws to a close, to assess the marine biological impacts on the coastal fishery resources and the socio-economic impacts on the fishing communities as well as also provide recommendations to FiA Cambodia and the SEAFDEC/TD as the collaborative project’s executing agencies and other donors on the necessary further steps consolidate the progress and ensure the achievement of the project’s objectives.
