The 109-page book is edited by SEAFDEC/AQD researchers Dr. AQ Hurtado and Ms. Ma. RJ Luhan. It contains industry cluster situationers; global overview including developments in Chile; and programs of LandBank, Quedancor, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Agriculture, Department of Science and Technology, University of the Philippines, and SEAFDEC/AQD.
