Abstract
The Bilateral Technical Meeting on Effective Fisheries Management between Lao PDR and Thailand was successfully held in Chiang Rai, Thailand from 29 to 30 October 2018. The Meeting was organized by SEAFDEC with support from the Government of Sweden under the SEAFDEC-Sweden Project. The Meeting was attended by the officers from the Department of Fisheries (DOF) of Thailand, Department of Livestock and Fisheries (DLF) of Lao PDR, provincial fisheries officers of Chiang Rai province and Bokeo province, together with SEAFDEC officers as well as the Regional Fisheries Policy Network (RFPN) for Lao PDR.
