Report of the Technical Workshop on Regional Fishing Vessel Record (RFVR) Database Development and Management in Southeast Asia organized on 20-21 August 2014 at Chonburi, Thailand. This technical workshop discussed and shared information on progress on development of the RFVR database for vessels 24 meters in

length and over, considering relevant RFVR database as a tool to combat IUU fishing, additional data requirements to increase effectively and effectiveness of RFVR, and policy recommendations, ways forward for RFVR database implementation.
