Description
This manual is a translation of the Thai fishery extension pamphlet entitled "การคัดเลือกพันธุ์กุ้งทะเล เพื่อการเพาะเลี้ยง" (Karn khad leuk phan kung thalae pheu karn phoa liang) and issued in 1981 by the Fishery Conservation and Extension Division of the Thai Department of Fisheries. The translation into English was prepared by Mr. Vijai Srisuwantach and published as SAFIS Extension Manual No. 9 in 1984. The translation into Tagalog was prepared by Dr. D.A. Cruz of the Asian Productivity Organization under contract with the SEAFDEC Secretariat.
Ang manual na ito ay sinalin sa Ingles mula sa wikang Thai na hango sa papilitong pinamagatang "Karn khad leuk phan kung thalae pheu karn phoa liang" 1981.
Ang Pagsasalin ay ginampanan ni G. Vijai Srisuwantach, Nakatatandang Biolohico, Pangbansang Instituto sa Pangkatihang Pangingisda, Kagawaran ng Pangingisda, Thailand at pinatnugutan ng Lupong Kalihim ng SEAFDEC.
Isinalin naman sa Pilipino ni Dr. D.A. Cruz ng Asian Productivity Organization.
