Abstract
Annual report of the year 2002 combines with annual report of the year 2001 (only October to December 2001) and annual report of the year 2002 (January to December 2002).
SEAFDEC/TD and DOF, Thailand were respectively lead department of SEAFDEC and lead country of ASEAN to implementing coastal Resource Management (CRM) Program, which was under the Fishing Consultative Group (FCG) Scheme. SEAFDEC-ASEAN agreed to adopt this scheme to promote CRM program in the region.
