Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the residue levels of heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, and mercury to some fishes and fish products in Vietnam. The fish products that were included in the survey are black tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon), big eye tuna (Thunnus albacares), tra catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus), clam (Meretrix lyrata), octopus (Octopus spp.), squids (Loligo edulis), cuttlefish (Sepia spp.), marlin fish (Makaira indica), swordfish (Xiphias gladius), ribbon fish (Trichiurus lepturus), and mackerel (Acanthocybium solandri).
