The workshop was an element of the programs of activity of the center approved by the Tewnty-sixth Meeting of the SEAFDEC Council held from 22 to 25 November 1993. SEAFDEC Council had recommended that a Needs Assessment Workshop be conducted in order to formulate the Training Department’s three-year plan for 1995 to 1997.
