Abstract
The technical compilation contains the findings of the survey on the heavy metals, pesticide residues, histamine and drug residues in fishes and fish products in Southeast Asia. The project aims to obtain an understanding of levels of chemical contaminants in fishes and fish products and to transfer technology in chemical contaminant testing in the region through setting up of methodologies and human resource training.
