Regional survey of histamine in fish and fish products: Indonesia

Abstract
The paper provides data on the level of histamine on fish and fish products in Indonesia. The fishes that were examined such as tuna, marlin, swordfish grouper, red snapper, and butterfish and fish products were sourced from the following provinces in the country, Jakarta, East Java, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Bali, and Maluku. Sampling period is from 2005 to 2008.
