Sự miêu tả
The project commenced in October 2001 in Chumpon. It has produced a tangible impact and was acknowledged by the Members at the 4th SEAFDEC FCG Meeting in Myanmar in March 2002 and the 25th PC Meeting in Singapore in October 2002. The latter meeting pointed out that it was time to impart technologies, including the experience and knowledge gained, to other Member Countries, and the Committee Member for Malaysia offered Langkawi as a pilot site on a cost-sharing basis for the implementation of a similar approach. Malaysia had earmarked USD 20,000 as a contribution for this project.
