抄録
The paper reports the results of the survey on the histamine level in raw fishes and fish products in Thailand. The fish species that were analyzed from the period 2005 to 2008 includes skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), anchovies (Stolephorus spp.), sardines (Sardinella gibbosa), and mackerel (Decapterus muruadsi).
