The study was conducted to set up the laboratory analysis method for organochlorine pesticides and obtain an understanding of the levels of organochlorine pesticides in fish and fish products collected from factories in Samutsakorn Province in Thailand. The fish products analyzed are frozen vannamei shrimp (Penaeus vannamei), frozen Nile tilapia (Tilapia nilotica), and yellowstripe trevally (Selaroides leptolepis).
